Rapport Slim Open Face Pocket Watch

This Rapport Slim Open Face Pocket Watch utilises the latest micro-slim quartz movements to create an ultra slim watch. At only 4mm thick, it gives the traditional pocket watch up-to-the minute styling. It has no cover so it is easy to quickly pull out and view the time. The elegant 48mm diameter case is in polished rose gold plated metal with a beautiful fluted bezel (see yellow gold version here). This is a classical design detail which adds a touch of nostalgic flair. The caseback is polished making it ideal for engraving.

Dial, Movement

Firstly, the dial is traditional in white with bold black arabic figures. A black minute track around the central chapter ring ensures it is supremely legible. Additionally, small arabic figures also denote the minutes in five minute intervals. Moreover, the black hands complement the classic look of the dial in a fine, spade shape with pointed tips. Finally, the addition of a date indicator at 6 o’clock is a useful feature.

The movement is quartz so no winding is necessary. The winder at the 12 o’clock position is used simply to alter the time and date.
